Looks like the Dragon Nest Team came through!
I am extremely happy to say that I can now play my other two characters again in Dragon Nest! It turns out my account wasn’t hacked but Dragon Nest had a security problem with directly launching Dragon Nest from the game folder last week, which I did unfortunately.
